Sestri Ponente

Sestri Ponente sĕˈstrē pōnānˈtā [key], industrial suburb of Genoa, N Italy, on the Ligurian Sea. Manufactures include machinery, and tools. It was also the site of the noted Ansaldo shipyards, which are part of the port of Genoa.
