Richard Sinnott
Age: 76former chief of the licensing division of Boston who scrutinized movies, plays, music and other forms of entertainment to determine if they should be “banned in Boston.” He held the position from 1960 until 1980, when the post was eliminated. His victims included Marvin Gaye and the Jackson Five.
