Richard Wright was one of the founding members of the art-rock group, Pink Floyd. His somber keyboard sound was an integral part of the band's success. Wright wrote "The Great Gig in the Sky," for the 1973 Pink Floyd album, "The Dark Side of the Moon," which sold over 40 million copies.
