Championship for the Confederation of North, Central and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF). Contested for every two years since its revival in 1991. Held Feb. 12-27, 2000 in Miami, Los Angeles and San Diego.

Round Robin; each team plays the other teams in its group once. Note that three points are awarded for a win and one for a tie. (*) indicates team advanced to quarterfinals.
