*After tying at 215, Hricsina defeated Couture 10-9 in a sudden-death roll-off to decide the championship. † Because of Hurricane Georges, play was suspended after the ninth game in the only round of match play and Couture was declared the winner. It was the first time in PBA history a tournament was shortened.
