Phil Rizzuto Born: Sept. 25, 1916 Died: Aug. 14, 2007 Baseball SS
nicknamed “the Scooter”; AL MVP with the Yankees in 1950; 5-time All-Star; retired in 1956 and became Yankees radio and television announcer; elected to the Hall of Fame in 1994. He is best known for his unique style of broadcasting and the colorful expressions he would use, most notably "Holy Cow!"
