Willie McCovey

Baseball 1B

led NL in HRs 3 times and RBI twice; MVP in 1969 with SF; 521 career HRs; indicted for tax evasion in July 1995, pled guilty; “McCovey Cove,” the bay outside the rightfield fence at San Francisco's Pacific Bell Park is named for him.
