Lesley Stahl

Stahl graduated from Wheaton College in 1963. She has been a reporter for CBS News since the early 1970s, serving as White House correspondent during the Carter, Reagan, and Bush administrations. Stahl has hosted such news shows as Face the Nation and America Tonight. Since 1991 Stahl has been a co-editor of 60 Minutes, the CBS news program. In 1999, she wrote a book, Reporting Live, about her 20 years covering Washington. Stahl has covered every political convention and national election since 1974, every U.S.-Soviet summit since 1978, and every summit of the industrialized nations since 1979.
