Tracey Ullman comedian; actress; singer Born: 12/30/1959 Birthplace: Slough, Berkshire, England
From ballet in Berlin, to musicals in London's West End, to television in the U.K. and U.S., Tracey Ullman has inhabited almost every imaginable show-business stage. Her album You Broke My Heart in 17 Places (1984) spawned four top ten singles in England, The Tracey Ullman Show (1987–90) earned three Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe, and in 1997 she won her sixth Emmy for Tracey Takes On… (1996–1999). Her feature films include I Love You to Death (1990), Household Saints (1993), and Amy Heckerling's I Could Never Be Your Woman (2006) in which she plays Mother Nature. She played Ally's psychiatrist on Ally McBeal (1998–99).
