Matthew Perry

Having given up a career as a junior tennis champ to pursue acting, Matthew first appeared in guest spots on several shows, including sitcoms (Scott Baio's Charles in Charge [1984], Who's the Boss?) and dramas (Highway to Heaven, Beverly Hills 90210 ). After several one-show-stands, Matthew landed the role of Tracey Gold's boyfriend on Growing Pains (1989). He is best known now for his role as Chandler Bing on the NBC hit show Friends (1994– ). Perry has also appeared in several feature films, including Fools Rush In (1997) and Almost Heroes (1998).
