Academy Award-winning actress whose screen talents range from dancing the can-can to playing the part of an aging eccentric. Her films include The Apartment (1960), Terms of Endearment (1983), Steel Magnolias (1989), Postcards from the Edge (1990), Guarding Tess (1994), Mrs. Winterbourne (1996), The Evening Star (1996). In 2005, she appeared with Nicole Kidman and Will Ferrell in the movie Bewitched, and also in Rumor Has It with Jennifer Aniston, Mark Ruffalo, and Kevin Costner. Her brother is actor, director and producer Warren Beatty.
