Ron Reagan,

son of former president Ronald Reagan, angered many Republicans by speaking out against the Bush administration's stem-cell research policy. He spoke at the Democratic National Convention in July, urging voters to support new research using stem cells. “Surely we can distinguish between undifferentiated cells multiplying in a tissue culture and a living, breathing person,” he said.
