Kim McDonald Age: 45
English-born distance runner, whose scouting, coaching and managerial work with Kenya's most talented athletes over the last 20 years had earned him the nickname "Father of Athletics" in that country; most recently managed defending 1500 meters Olympic champion Noah Ngeny; served as special advisor to IAAF president Lamine Diack.
