Russell Weston, Jr.,

the 41-year-old Illinois man charged in the July 24 Capitol shooting that left guards Jacob Chestnut and John Gibson dead, was ordered by a federal judge to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Weston, who is a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, may face the death penalty.
