Vernon Jordan,

close friend and adviser of President Clinton, was accused of aiding in a cover-up of the President's affair with Monica Lewinsky. Ultimately, the allegations that Jordan asked Lewinsky to lie to investigators and arranged a job for her in New York in exchange for her silence were not addressed in the report that Ken Starr delivered to Congress.
