Edwin Land

Birthplace: Connecticut

Photographic product comprising a rupturable containing carrying a photographic processing liquid—Land developed the first modern light polarizers and also optical devices. His most famous invention, the Polaroid camera, combined positive and negative film with developing chemicals. (1977)
