Roland (Rolly) Schwartz

active in amateur boxing for almost 60 years as coach, referee and administrator; manager and part-time coach of 1976 U.S. Olympic boxing team which won five gold medals, one silver and one bronze in 11 weight classes; officiated at 1968 and 1972 Olympics; helped shape international rules, including one that required amateur boxers to wear protective headwear; of renal failure
