Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, accused in the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, underwent separate trials in Denver on the federal charges stemming from the deaths of 8 federal employees. McVeigh was convicted in his trial and sentenced to death. Both still face trial in Oklahoma for the other 163 deaths.
