Friday, September 2, 2022 – According to the United States government officials, federal and local officials are struggling to locate close to a dozen unaccompanied migrant children after Houston police raised concerns.

According to an official of the Health and Human Service Department who prefers to remain anonymous, a Houston police detective earlier this summer alerted the United State Health and Human Service Department (HHS) after the detective discovered what looked like a pattern of migrants’ kids missing from the homes of their U.S. sponsors.

The agency discovered that since last year, there has been a report of missing 57 unaccompanied migrant kids in Houston, said the HHS official and two additional sources familiars with the situation. But, as of August 26, it has been confirmed that 46 of them are now safe. But authorities have said they have not found any sex or labor trafficking evidence.

Saturday, September 3, 2022 – After a Republican lawmaker has since been requesting financial "suspicious activity reports" on Hunter, the son of President Biden, the United State Treasury issued a formal response to the request, saying that it would consider only official requests from relevant congressional committees.

James Comer, who represents Kentucky, the top Republican on the House Oversight and Reform Committee, has accused the Treasury of having the rules changed to shield Hunter's business dealings with foreign companies.

During the 2020 election campaign, Former President Donald Trump and his Republican allies in Congress made Hunter Biden's business dealings in China and Ukraine a line of attack. But all allegations have been denied by Hunter Biden.

Suspicious activity reports are filed by financial institutions when large cash transactions or transfers above $5,000 that could signal money laundering are made by clients. However, many of those transactions are legitimate.

Trump's Demand For A Special Master In Case Of Classified Document Granted By Judge

Monday, September 5, 2022 - Donald Trump's demand for a special master has been granted by a judge. The special master is set to oversee the case in handling classified materials.

The former President had asked for the appointment of a special master. In contrast, prosecutors had vehemently opposed it, and there is bound to be a delay in the justice department's ongoing criminal investigation due to the appointment of a special master.

The officials of the Department of Justice previously said that documents stored at former President Donald Trump's Florida home were likely to have been concealed as part of an effort to obstruct the FBI investigation.

On the other hand, Mr. Trump denies all allegations against him and said he had declassified all the documents when he was the President. But the Justice Department insisted that any presidential records seized in search of Mar-A-Lago "belong” to the United States, not the former President.

The Lawsuit By Trump Against Hillary Clinton Over Russia Claims Rejected By Judge

Friday, September 9, 2022 - A judge of the United States district court for the Southern District of Florida has dismissed the lawsuit  Donald Trump filed against his 2016 rival, Hillary Clinton, saying the former Republican President's Allegations that Democrats tried to have the election overruled by linking his campaign to Russia was an attempt to flaunt political grievances that did not belong in court.

In dismissing Trump's lawsuit, Judge Donald Middlebrooks said the case was not seeking "redress for any legal harm" and that the court was not the appropriate forum for the former President's complaint.

In March, Trump sued Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, and several other Democrats alleging "racketeering" and other claims in a lawsuit of 108-page that contains the long list of grievances he repeatedly aired during his four years as the President after defeating Clinton.

Trump said he incurred over $24m in defense costs, legal fees, and related expenses. Thus, he sought compensatory and punitive damages.

Sunday, September 11, 2022 - At the pentagon on Sunday, the President of the United States, Joe Biden, invoked the memory of America's United response to attacks by Al Qaeda on September 11, 2001, and vowed to "never give up" in the face of terrorist threats in a solemn commemoration.

The remarks Biden made about national unity on the 21st anniversary of the attacks stood in contrast to the warnings he had earlier given about dangerous division in American society, including that some Republicans who are supporters of former President Donald Trump's agenda pose a threat to democracy.

Biden said he hopes Americans would remember how they dug deep during the dark days, how they cared for each other, and how they came together.

In the attack by Al Qaeda, nearly 3,000 people were killed as planes were hijacked and flew into New York's World Trade Centre towers and the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, while a fourth plane crashed in Pennsylvania.

Finally, after a further search of more than 3hrs, officers found the children unconscious on the beach. They rushed them to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

Tuesday, September 13, 2022 – Many teachers in Florida have abandoned their profession in recent years, prompting the state to invite military veterans with no prior teaching experience to lead classrooms while they earn education credentials.

Schools elsewhere across the United States resumed this August and September; districts are using virtual teachers from several states away in the classrooms, and retirees are also being offered bonuses in a bid to lure them back.

To make up for the shortage, the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, signed the Military Veterans Certification Pathway into law on June 9, after it passed through both houses of the Florida legislature without any opposing vote. With this direction, qualifying veterans are given five-year teaching certificates, and they are allowed to work as teachers. At the same time, they earn their bachelor's degrees.

Friday, September 23, 2022 – Mayor Eric Adams confirmed that the City of New York will open two emergency centers to accommodate migrants arriving on buses sent by the Republican Governor of Texas, in a political dispute over security.

According to the report from the office of the mayor, the centers will provide shelter, food, and medical care while working to link migrants with family and friends inside and outside New York City.

Emergency relief centers are part of efforts by Democratic mayors to handle thousands of migrants being transported from border states of Texas and Arizona that are led by Republicans. The Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, Republican seeking reelection in November, has had more than 11,000 migrants transported since April, to Washington, D.C., New York City, and Chicago.

In a statement from Adams, he said “while other leaders have abdicated their moral duty to support arriving asylum seekers, New York City refuses to do so.”

Saturday, September 24, 2022 – A Judge in Arizona Superior Court ruled that a 1901 ban on nearly all abortions in that state can be enforced, but the ruling is likely to see an appeal and is all but certain to galvanize female voters to turn out in greater numbers in a closely contested US senate and governor’s race in the state.

Superior Court Judge, Kellie Johnson wrote in his ruling that “the court finds that because the legal basis for the judgment entered in 1973 has now been overruled, it must vacate the judgment in its entirety.

With the Judge’s ruling, all abortions are effectively outlawed in Arizona except when the procedure is necessary to save the mother’s life. The decision came a day before a 15-week ban on abortion was slated to go into effect in Arizona. A law that was passed by the lawmakers of Arizona before the decision of the United State Supreme Court.
