WEXLER, Robert, a
Representative from Florida; born in Queens, Queens County, N.Y.,
January 2, 1961; graduated from Hollywood Hills High School,
Hollywood, Fla.; B.A., University of Florida, Gainesville, Fla.,
1982; J.D., George Washington University Law School, Washington,
D.C., 1985; lawyer, private practice; member of the Florida state
senate, 1990-1996; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Fifth
Congress and to the six succeeding Congresses until his resignation
on January 4, 2010 (January 3, 1997-January 4, 2010); president,
Center for Middle East Peace, Washington, D.C., 2010-present.
