LANDGREBE, Earl Fredrick,
a Representative from Indiana; born in Valparaiso, Porter County,
Ind., January 21, 1916; attended Union Township Elementary and
Wheeler High School; elected to the Indiana State senate,
1959-1968; owner and operator, Landgrebe Motor Transport, Inc.;
elected as a Republican to the Ninety-first and to the two
succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1969-January 3, 1975);
unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1974 to the Ninety-fourth
Congress; was a resident of Valparaiso, Ind., until his death there
June 29, 1986; interment in Blachly Cemetery, Crown Point, Ind.
