Here's a list of the top ten least gay-friendly countries according to a report from Pew Research Center. The study asked people in 34 countries the question, "Should society accept homosexuality?" The highest ranked countries had the highest numbers of people who responded with "No." The percentages below represent the number of people who responded with the answer "No" in each country according to the 2019 Global Attitudes Survey from Pew Research Center, the most recent data on record. Note, the survey only sampled from 34 countries, so it is not comprehensive.
