First and second round picks at the 52nd annual NBA College Draft held June 24, 1998 at General Motors Place in Vancouver. The order of the first 13 positions were determined by a Draft Lottery held May 17, in Secaucus, N.J. Toronto and Vancouver were not eligible to receive the first pick. Positions 14 through 29 reflect regular season records in reverse order. Underclassmen selected are noted in CAPITAL letters.
