Muslim cleric, was convicted in February by a London jury of 11 charges of soliciting murder and inciting racial hatred. He was sentenced to seven years in prison. The judge in the case said Masri, one of Britain's most influential clerics, had led his followers to believe that murder is “not only a legitimate course but a moral and religious duty in pursuit of perceived justice.” He's also wanted in the U.S. in connection with a 1998 attack in Yemen.
