Other Men's 1998 Tournaments: NCAA Division III

Sixty-four teams played into the 32-team Division III field. The four sectional winners: EAST— Williams College, Mass. (25-4); MID–ATLANTIC— Wilkes, Pa. (26–4); GREAT LAKES— Hope, Mich. (26–5); WEST— Wisconsin-Platteville (30-0).

The Final Four was played March 20-21, at Salem Civic Center in Salem, Va.
