Ohio truck driver, pleaded guilty in May to giving material support to al-Qaeda. He had planned to destroy the Brooklyn Bridge and to derail a train near Washington, D.C. Faris is naturalized U.S. citizen from Kashmir. The Department of Justice announced his guilty plea in June.
