*The straightaway center-field fence at Fenway Park is 390 feet from home plate but the deepest part of center-field, “the Triangle,” is 420 feet away. The left-field fence, known as “the Green Monster,” is 37 feet tall. Two hundred and seventy seats were added to the top of the wall in 2003 replacing the 23-foot screen that previously topped the Monster.
