Brooklyn-Americans (1941-42, formerly NY Americans from 1925-41); Cleveland-Barons (1976-78, originally California-Oakland Seals from 1967-76); Hamilton (Ont.)-Tigers (1920-25, originally Quebec Bulldogs from 1919-20); Montreal-Maroons (1924-38) and Wanderers (1917-18); New York-Americans (1925-41, later Brooklyn Americans for 1941-42); Oakland-Seals (1967-76, also known as California Seals and Golden Seals and later Cleveland Barons from 1976-78); Ottawa-Senators (1917-31 and 1932-34, later St. Louis Eagles for 1934-35); Philadelphia-Quakers (1930-31, originally Pittsburgh Pirates from 1925-30); Pittsburgh-Pirates (1925-30, later Philadelphia Quakers for 1930-31); Quebec-Bulldogs (1919-20, later Hamilton Tigers from 1920-25); St. Louis-Eagles (1934-35), originally Ottawa Senators (1917-31 and 1932-34).
