James Yee, 2004 News

U.S. Army chaplain at the terrorist detention center at Guantánamo Bay prison, was arrested in September 2003 on suspicion of espionage, mutiny, and sedition. The army later reduced the charges to mishandling classified information, but added charges of adultery and conduct unbecoming an officer. In March Yee, a Muslim, was convicted of the lesser charges. Yee appealed the decision, and in April was cleared of all charges.
