Synthesis of riboflavin and sulfaquinoxaline—Tishler found a new process for the economical and large-scale synthesis of riboflavin (vitamin B2). He also developed a production process for sulfaquinoxaline, the first effective antibiotic for the prevention and cure of the poultry disease coccidiosis. (1982)
