Hornell

Hornell hôrnĕlˈ [key], city (2020 pop. 8,263), Steuben co., SW N.Y., on the Canisteo River; settled 1790, inc. 1906. A trade and rail center with railroad shops and related industries, Hornell also produces electric and electronic equipment and woven synthetic fabrics.
