Bomoseen, Lake

Bomoseen, Lake bōməsēnˈ [key], 7.5 mi (12 km) long, 1.5 mi (2.4 km) wide, W Vt., largest lake wholly within Vermont. Surrounded by wooded hills, it is a popular summer resort. Bomoseen State Park is on the west shore.
