Paxoí

Paxoí păkˈsəs [key], island (1991 pop. 2,175), c.7 sq mi (18 sq km), NW Greece, in the Ionian Sea; one of the Ionian Islands. Olive oil, citrus fruits, and almonds are produced. Tourism is an important industry.
