Chino

Chino chēˈnō [key], city (2020 pop. 91,403), San Bernardino co., S Calif.; founded 1887, inc. 1910. It is the business and processing center of a diversified farming (notably dairying) area. Processed foods, plastics, and food and beverage machinery are manufactured in Chino, where the city population nearly tripled from 1970 to 1990. Men's and women's state prisons are located there.
