Belvidere

Belvidere bĕlˈvĭdērˌ [key], city (2020 pop. 25,117), seat of Boone co., N Ill., on the Kishwaukee River; inc. 1847. It is a farm trade center. Manufactures include insulating parts, salon equipment, ice cream, and fabricated metal products.
