Philostratus

Philostratus (Flavius Philostratus) fĭlŏsˈtrətəs; flāˈvēəs [key], fl. c.217, Greek Sophist. From a famous literary family in Lemnos, he settled in Athens in later life. His works include Life of Apollonius of Tyana (a philosopher) and Lives of the Sophists.
