Floods are sweeping through West Virginia, specifically Roane county. More than 25 people are dead and 300 troops from the West Virginia National Guard are now trying to account for everyone. The floods damage more than 500 homes. Donations and food drives are pouring in, but there is still a long way to go. Timothy Rock, West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, told ABC News "The people who have lost homes here have lost literally everything."
