Olympic Mascot
Date Of Birth:
1994
Place Of Birth:
Nagano, Japan
Best Known As:
Olympic mascots
Birth Names: Nokki, Sukki, Lekki, and Tsukki
Looking very much like Hooty the Owl crossed with a sumo wrestler, the cheerful Snowlets were the official symbols of the 1998 Nagano Olympic games. (According to Nagano officials, "'Snow' suggests the winter season... while '-lets' calls on everyone to join in the fun.") The four feathered crusaders are now retired, perhaps enjoying a well-earned rest in the South of France.
