South Korean businessman, was indicted in April and charged with making as much as $2 million as a liaison between Iraq and the United Nations. He's accused of encouraging the UN to create the oil-for-food program on behalf of Saddam Hussein's government. The scandal-ridden program was set up to allow Iraq to sell oil for food and medicine for Iraqis. Hussein, however, profited handsomely from illegal kickbacks from companies that bought the oil.
