Caricaturist Hirschfeld proves a colorful topic in this tour through the artist's life and work, which has graced the New York Times for 70 years. Hirschfeld's forte is depicting Broadway productions and their players, and though many of his drawings exaggerate the subjects, who have included Katharine Hepburn, Lynn Fontanne, David Merrick and Diane Keaton, few have been insulted by his perspective.
