Born in Boston, Mass., Dec. 10, 1890. Educated at Boston College and Harvard University. Author of "White Fountains", 1917; "The Forgotten Threshold", 1918. Editor of "The Masque of Poets", 1918. Since 1915 Mr. O'Brien has been editing a collection of "The Best Short Stories" of the current season.
