With the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the continued unrest Pakistan and Iran, the Middle East dominated news headlines in 2010. However, eyes were also on Asia, with North Korea continuing its pursuit of nuclear weapons and taunting South Korea with brinkmanship and massive anti-government protests in Thailand.
