Description: Daryl Zero is the self-proclaimed greatest living detective who guards his own privacy with extraordinary zeal. His latest assignment is a blackmail case involving Portland, Oregon businessman Gregory Stark. Zero's emissary, Steve Arlo, is told little about the case other than the extortion has been going on for some time.
