Description: Phyllis, nearly 40, has never left the comfort of her mother's home. Lazy and sporadically unruly, she cultivates little twists in her love-hate relationship with her mother. She also seems unconcerned about the chaos she unleashes in the life of her boyfriend, Henry. In the end, her mother dies, Henry is in a waking coma, and Phyllis is sitting pretty with a sizable inheritance.
