Osa Johnson

Osa married photographer Martin Johnson when she was 16 and together the Johnsons traveled to the South Pacific and Africa. Their movies and lecture tours were popular during the 1920s and 1930s. Osa continued touring and producing films after Martin's 1937 death in an airplane accident. Her autobiography, I Married Adventure chronicled their marriage and adventures.
