NBC's weaker-than-normal schedule saw the prompt cancellation of a slate of new shows. Inexplicably, DAG survived the network's ax. Grier plays a secret service agent who once protected the president but has been demoted to first-lady duty. He has his hands full, however, with the headstrong yet needy Judith Whitman (Burke).
