Beyond the Mat

Beyond the Mat follows three individuals: huge Mankind (Mick Foley), revered survivor Terry Funk, and Jake "the Snake" Roberts. Blaustein is interested in the actual lives of these men, whether struggling to quit drugs (Roberts) or raise a family (Mankind). Blaustein treats the men with respect, and reveals the sham dealings that make professional wrestling the sport that most resembles Las Vegas.
