Jake Lloyd actor
Born: 3/5/1989
The young actor was virtually unknown until he burst on the scene with Episode I — The Phantom Menace, the first of three prequels to the Star Wars trilogy. In the film Lloyd plays Anakin Skywalker, the future Darth Vader. Though his face may not have been instantly recognizable to the masses, Lloyd was no stranger to Hollywood before landing the plum role. He appeared in the films Jingle All the Way (1996) and Unhook the Stars (1996), as well as the television shows ER and The Pretender. He also appeared in Madison (2000) and Die with Me (2001).
