A jock, a prom queen, a loner, a nerd. The Breakfast Club, Part II? Pretty much. Writers Elfont and Kaplan revive the John Hughes genre of teen angst and amusement in this film set at a '90s high school graduation party. When the popular and lovely Amanda (Hewitt) is dumped by her football stud boyfriend (Facinelli), she's left heartbroken...and available. Cue the nice guy, Preston (Embry) who has had a crush on Amanda since...like forever (four years, that is forever in teenage years). Witty performances from a host of minor characters and a groovin' soundtrack make Can't Hardly Wait a blast.
