An international group of rapacious mercenaries band together to steal a briefcase, the contents of which are unknown. Though they are initially motivated by a big payday, each man finds higher reason to continue the deadly mission. De Niro's at ease in this action film, revealing the depths of his range as an actor. A gritty, edge-of-your-seal suspenser with action scenes that are at the same time incredible and entirely believable.
